In addition to the significant kitchen and utility works at the property, we were also tasked with undertaking the complete refurbishment of two bathrooms.

The property benefitted from a high pressure hot and cold water system. As a result, we were able to specify Kudos Connect2 stone resin shower trays coupled with Grohe Thermostatic Rain Shower systems complete with large drencher heads and small pencil handset for shower cleaning etc. Shower glasswork came from the Kudos Infinite range with 10mm toughened glass frameless hinged doors and side panels.

One bathroom benefitted from Corian under-mount basins fitted to Zimbabwe Black granite worktops, and storage was provisioned using Montrose Malé Wenge fitted bathroom furniture. These were finished with the inclusion of accessories such as a concealed laundry basket and toilet roll holders.

The other bathroom was equipped with Corian worktops and matching Corian under-mount basins giving the client a seamlessly integrated installation between basin and worktop. The en-suite space benefitted from a Montrose back to wall WC pan twinned with their unique WC cloakroom unit.

The final bathroom featured a conventional back to wall WC pan with a concealed flush plate. The bathrooms true stunning effect was complemented by a range of porcelain tiles from Rovic Tiles.
