Information regarding COVID-19 and Complete Kitchens & Bathrooms
The current COVID-19 outbreak is a challenging and unsettling time for most businesses. We have received a number of requests from our customers for information regarding our operations during this period of uncertainty, which may, unfortunately, continue for several weeks.
We are continually monitoring the situation in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19). In line with Government advice, we are taking relevant precautions to ensure the health and well being of our staff and customers, which is of paramount importance to us.
COVID-19: guidance on social distancing and for vulnerable people
We have implemented all the recommended sanitary and social distancing policies suggested by the government and healthcare professionals and encourage our employees to follow said policies rigorously. In the event of any staff absence, particularly in our Showroom, we will communicate this via our website and telephone service.
We will continue to monitor the situation, review our preparedness as and when new information emerges. We want to assure you (our customers) that, where possible, we have taken steps to mitigate the impact of the virus on our day to day operations. If required, we are happy to implement a remote working policy for our Administration staff to limit the impact to you, our customers. However, as we trust you can appreciate this is not a viable option on installation works.
